How does STRATAMEDI do shipping?

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground and tracked electronically. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your USPS tracking number in an email.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Depending on your location, we estimate domestic shipping to U.S. transit to be between 2-5 business days of placing your order. International shipments to locations outside of the U.S. can take between 2-3 weeks. Please note that these are estimates and rare instances can occur where delivery could occur in more or less time. NOTE: Shipping times may be extended due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the term Shipped may refer to Pre-Shipping status rather than the product is picked up by the USPS, UPS or Fedex.

 

How much do you charge for international shipping?

International orders outside of the U.S. have a flat fee of $19.95 for shipping and handling.

 

How do returns work?

Customers receive a full refund when they send back unopened products within 30 days of receiving them. If products have been opened, then the sale is final. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we have sent you the wrong product, and that we do not issue refunds or store credit past 30 days.
